Embodied Yin

Embodied Yin is a slow, meditative practice that blends traditional Yin Yoga with gentle somatic movement to support nervous system regulation, deep release, and mindful connection to the body. This class emphasizes long-held, passive stretches while incorporating subtle, intuitive movements and breath awareness to help the body soften safely and organically.

Poses are held for several minutes, with opportunities to explore small, intentional movements that encourage listening inward and responding to what your body needs in the moment. This approach targets the deeper connective tissues, ligaments, fascia, and joints, while fostering a sense of ease, presence, and inner calm.

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, Embodied Yin offers a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. This practice supports stress reduction, mobility, and a deeper sense of regulation and restoration.
