Do I need to pre-register for class?
Yes, please pre-register for class. You will need to create a profile and sign a liability waiver before booking a class.
What should I wear/bring to class?
Here’s how to prepare for your first class:
All mats and props will be provided. Bring a water bottle to keep Hydrated. No shoes are allowed in the practice space. A designated area will be provided for your personal belongings. Please make sure all phones are silenced and put away before class begins. No experience needed, just an open heart and curiosity to move and grow.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in
Wear a T-shirt or long sleeves to protect the fabric
No jewelry, please
Trim your nails - long nails (past medium length) aren’t allowed to prevent fabric damage
Wear sporty or sexy clothes that make you feel confident.
Kneepads are highly recommended!
Wear shorts to allow skin grip on the pole (leggings can make it slippery).
A sports bra, crop top, or tank works best; skin contact helps with climbs and holds.
Avoid lotions or oils on the day of class (they make the pole slippery).
Remove jewelry (especially rings, bracelets, and watches)
Leggings (to help protect your skin)
Tank tops or T-shirts are fine.
Bring ginger ale, ginger chews, or Dramamine if you get motion sickness.
What is your waitlist policy?
When a class reaches full capacity, a waitlist will open. To join the waitlist, you must purchase a class credit. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your mat has been secured.
If your spot does not open, your credit will automatically return to your account for future use.
Please note that joining a waitlist is a commitment to attend. If you are moved from the waitlist into class but choose not to attend, it will be considered a no-show, and your credit will not be refunded. Standard late entry policies also apply to waitlisted students.
Should I arrive early? What do I do if I'm running late?
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in, settle, and get grounded before we start.
For your safety and to keep the group flow uninterrupted, late entry isn’t allowed more than 5 minutes after class begins.
If you’re running late, please email or text the studio to let us know. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re not coming and may offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
We value your safety, presence, and respect for the shared studio space.
What is your cancellation Policy?
We totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before class to keep your credit for future use.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of class time count as a late cancel, and the class credit will be forfeited.
Even if it’s last-minute, please cancel your spot in the system so someone from the waitlist has a chance to join.
If you communicate with us, we're happy to offer a one-time courtesy late cancellation per student per year, allowing you to retain your class credit.
For drop-in classes (paid individually, not through a membership or package), refunds aren’t available if a class is canceled late. However, you’ll receive a class credit to use for a future session.
How do I find the Studio?
We are located on the second floor of 119 Ridley Ave in “The Colonial” Building, directly across from the Troup County Courthouse.
You can park in the lot beside the building. From there, walk up the ramp and enter through the side door. Turn left, then take the stairs through the door on your left.
At the top of the stairs, go through the door, take an immediate right, and you’ll find us at the first door on the left, Suite 200.
